Importance of "Time Management"

Importance of Time Management

It seems very strange when we think about time, but when we live the time, it seems very simple. No one is more powerful than time. If no one had control over it, why would Mahabharata have been despite Lord Krishna? And then why did Lord Shri Ram sit on the throne in the morning and leave for fourteen years of exile at the same time? Only because of time.

Sometimes it seems that the creator of the world has created a greater power than his own so that one can control his power, and this is the highest power - time.

The speed of time is the same, it keeps on moving from the same speed till the end. God has given everyone 24 hours of the day. No less or no more to anyone, whether rich or poor. But it depends on how people use these 24 hours. In the same way, a little work done at the right time is very beneficial and with time, the great work done is also wasted.

If you are asked for some work, then your attitude should be that you do it on time. You will do the work in the same way, but it is very important to do it on time. Because that work is your top priority. So come, we spend some time with Time Management. Learn more about the four best Techniques of Time Management.

Work can be distributed in the following four types:

1. Important and Urgent tasks
2. Less important and less Urgent tasks
3. Less Urgent tasks but Important
4. Urgent tasks are not Important

1. Important and Urgent tasks

Urgent and important work should be done quickly. Most of the work becomes urgent and important due to a lack of time. For electric bills, and income tax filing, by planning it, we can complete the work in a given time. If we do not keep writing the program according to the rule, then the list of these numbers will continue to grow. There should be minimum work in this list, it has to be fully taken care of.

If the work is not done on time, then it becomes a headache. If it is transformed into a big problem, then we will be suppressed under its burden. We will work harder to complete the work, if that work is not finished on time, then soon new work comes, and we get stressed.

2. Less important and less Urgent tasks:

To spend an hour reading the newspaper daily, watching T.V., sitting in the square, and chatting with friends. These types of works come under less Urgent and less important categories.

Many people get tired of pressing urgent and important tasks. Because of that, 90% of the time people spend doing urgent and important work.

If we have decided what is important in our life, then we can continue laughing happily. If our mind gets a big yes (goal), the rest of the things do not matter to us. If the goal of life will be fixed, then the strength of not saying the deeds given against our mind increases.

3. Less Urgent tasks but Important:

The works of this category are not urgent, but they are important. The purpose will be fixed in our life, what is important in our life. If this will be known and we will have a definite direction of what to do in life, then we pay more attention to doing this important and less urgent work. The work can sometimes be urgent due to not paying attention to them.

4. Urgent tasks not Important:

This type of work keeps attacking us. We are pressed by people to do that work. If we do that work, then the rest of the people get happiness. If we will do these works for people, then we get popular. All of a sudden, these works come to us, but they are less important to us.

Urgent and less important tasks are easy, we enjoy doing these works. Just as some person from our society on the way invites for a meeting of the society. This is important for that person but not for us and if the meeting is scheduled early, it gets urgent.

By deciding the purpose of our life, the person who uses every second available is successful in his life.

Hence, we should respect Time & Manage it effectively.
